Villa Delmar is a four bedroom villa located in the Varandas do Lago estate in the Algarve. Varandas do Lago is about 20 minutes walk to Ancao beach where you will find the renowned 2 Passos restaurant. Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo resorts are just five minutes away by car. All of the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are a short drive away. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool, cable TV and air-conditioning. The villa is built over two levels. Accommodation comprise of entrance leading to spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, dining area and cable TV. Doors lead to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and hob. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom one has twin beds and en-suite bathroom(shower). Bedroom two has a double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower). Upstairs is the master bedroom with large double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to a private terrace. Bedroom four has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Outside the large private swimming pool (9.5m x 4.5m) is surrounded by pool terrace. There is a small garden to the side of the villa. A charcoal barbeque and dining set is provided for alfresco dining. Rates include maid service twice a week, bedroom linen changed once a week and bathroom towels twice. Villa Delmar is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's bars, restaurants and shops is a few minutes drive away.
