Villa Estelle is a luxury 3 bedroom villa located in the popular Pinheiros Altos resort in Quinta do Lago. The beach, bars and restaurants are a short driveway. Pinheiros Altos benefits from a golf course and clubhouse. This super villa benefits from views over the Ria Formosa to the ocean, air-conditioning and wireless internet. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's many restaurants, boutiques and shops is five minutes by car. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to living room with cable TV (including movies and sports channels) and dining area. Large double doors lead to the pool terraces. The detached villa can accommodate 7 guests, all bedrooms are en-suite and have high quality fixtures and fittings. The whole house is beautifully furnished, with a comfortable airy feel. Lovely marble floors and many sliding patio doors lead onto the terraces, overlooking the newly refurbished swimming pool, set in the well-kept mature and private garden. There is a sunny dining terrace and comfortable covered lounging areas, plus a superb mains gas BBQ. Ideal for those long languid evenings waiting for the sun to set. The well equipped kitchen has a large gas range double oven. There are granite work tops and breakfast bar. American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, Belfast sinks, microwave oven and Nespresso coffee maker. Bedroom one is on the ground floor with single bed and en-suite bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom four is the master suite with large double bed, luxurious en-suite bathroom and private terrace with views to the sea. The villa has a 4th bedroom, it is on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower. It is a small room with a sofa bed suitable for a teenager. Outside the private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) can be heated against an extra charge. The raised patio area has a dining set and gas barbeque for alfresco dining looking over the pretty garden. Rates include maid service three times per week, bedroom linen changed once a week and bathroom towels changed twice a week. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Pinheiros Altos is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The resorts of Vale do Lobo, Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago are 10 minutes by car.
