Townhouse Lotta is a refurbished, smartly furnished two-bedroom townhouse a few minutes' walk from the Vale do Lobo Praça and beach, with a roof terrace looking out to sea. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Inside. The townhouse is on three levels. On the ground floor, a living room with comfortable sofa and TV. On the second level, the kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, toaster, washing machine, fridge-freezer), the dining area and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the top level, the main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and a small terrace with views over the resort to the sea. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Outside. A terrace off the dining area with barbecue and dining set, and a roof terrace with sea views. Nearby. The beach (with sun loungers for hire) and the Praça are a few minutes' walk, and the golf reception five minutes. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service twice a week, bed linen and towels are included. The townhouse is in a paid parking zone in July and August; a parking permit is available against a refundable damage deposit, if you ask when booking. Licence: AL/31165.
