Villa Maresia is a newly refurbished three-bedroom villa with a private pool, close to the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and very close to Dunas Douradas, about 20 minutes' walk from the Praça. Inside. The villa is on two levels. The entrance leads to an open-plan living room with dining area, TV, comfortable sofas and patio doors to the pool. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer, oven and washing machine. On the ground floor, two twin bedrooms (can be made up as doubles) share a shower room. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with views over the resort. Air-conditioning in every room. Outside. A private pool with dining set and six sun loungers, and a gas barbecue. Nearby. The Tennis Academy has courts for hire, a gym, communal pool and snack bar. Quinta do Lago and Almancil are ten minutes by car, the supermarket is at the resort entrance, and Faro airport 20 minutes. Two golf courses are in the resort, with many more nearby. Good to know. Maid service once a week, bed linen and towels are included. Gas and electricity are charged by use in winter (early November to early April). Licence: 111715/AL.
