Villa Tucano is a spacious, well-kept classical-style villa from the early 2000s, with five bedrooms, a large private pool and sea and golf views from the first-floor balconies. It suits families who want comfort and a central spot. Inside. The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor, a generous entrance hall leads to a bright open-plan living and dining area (seating for eight) opening onto the south-west-facing terrace, pool and garden; a fully renovated kitchen with laundry room; and two bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. Upstairs, two spacious en-suite bedrooms, each with a private balcony over the Ocean golf course and the Atlantic. In the basement, a fifth bedroom with a shower room, a guest WC and a double garage. Outside. A large private pool (heating available at extra cost) with terraces and lovely views, covered terraces for dining and relaxing, and a gas barbecue with plenty of dining furniture. Good to know. Maid service three times a week (weekdays, not on bank holidays), with towels changed weekly and bed linen after seven days. Changeover day is Thursday. A new villa is being built across the road and there may be some noise. Under local council rules, building work usually stops in July and August, confirmed the month before.
