Villa Praca is a modern five-bedroom villa in one of the best spots in Vale do Lobo, with direct access to the beach from the pool area, spectacular views over the resort and sea, and the Praça a few minutes' walk away. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. The villa is on two levels. The entrance leads to a living room with plenty of seating, dining area, TV and doors to a large terrace with lovely views. The modern kitchen has a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. One bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on this floor; the other four, all doubles with en-suite bathrooms, are on the lower level. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Outside. A private pool (heating available at extra cost) with terraces looking over the sea and golf course, a large south-west terrace for dining or sunbathing, a barbecue, a roof terrace, and access straight to the beach. Nearby. Vale do Lobo has two golf courses, a large tennis academy and a kids' club. The supermarket is at the resort entrance; Almancil, Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago are a short drive, and Faro airport 20 minutes. Good to know. Maid service, bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. There is building work in the area.
