Villa Dolce Vita is a contemporary five-bedroom villa with views over the golf course to the sea, within walking distance of the Royal and Ocean club house. The main suite takes the whole top floor, with three large terraces. Inside. The villa is on three levels. A double-height entrance hall with guest cloakroom leads to an open-plan kitchen and living room with a designer kitchen, comfortable sofas and feature fireplace, and double patio doors to a covered terrace beside the pool deck. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor: three doubles with en-suite bathrooms (two opening onto the pool deck) and a twin with a bathroom next door, also opening onto the pool deck. Upstairs, the main suite has a large double bed, dressing area and an en-suite with free-standing bath and sea views. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Outside. Landscaped gardens, a covered terrace with outdoor sofas, dining set and barbecue, and steps down to the private pool (heating available at extra cost). Nearby. The Praça is a short drive; Quinta do Lago and Almancil ten minutes. The supermarket is at the resort entrance, and Faro airport 20 minutes away. Good to know. Maid service, bed linen, towels, pool towels and hairdryers are included. There is building work next door and there may be some noise. Under local council rules, building work usually stops in July and August.
