On the ground floor, an entrance hall, cloakroom, spacious living room and sitting room, a kitchen with centre island and pantry, and a guest suite. Upstairs, the generous main suite with private terrace and another large suite overlooking the pool and countryside. On the lower level, three bedrooms (two sharing a bathroom) and a shower room. Outside. At the front, a covered dining area, a carport for two cars and a large driveway and garden. At the back, a terrace with lounge and dining area and barbecue, and steps down to a sunny pool deck with a large sunbathing terrace, covered lounge area and shower room. Good to know. Maid service, bed linen and towels are included. There is no indoor dining table; meals are outside on the covered dining terraces.
