Villa Ria is a modern four-bedroom villa with an infinity pool, a rooftop jacuzzi and panoramic sea views, a few minutes' walk from Garrão beach. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill it with light, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. A bright hall with guest cloakroom leads to a state-of-the-art kitchen with floor-to-ceiling windows, American fridge-freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher, and a dining area with sea views. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The living room has a large flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and a Bose sound system. The main bedroom is on the first floor, with a large double bed, full en-suite bathroom and its own sun terrace with sea views; a twin bedroom with en-suite is on the same floor. A twin en-suite bedroom on the ground floor opens to the garden, and a double en-suite bedroom is on the lower level. Air-conditioning throughout. Outside. A terraced garden with an infinity pool and lawn, a rooftop jacuzzi looking over Garrão beach, and a shaded barbecue area with sink and dining table. Nearby. Garrão beach and its restaurants, including Antonio's, Julia's and Izzy's, are a few minutes' walk away, with water sports in summer; Maria's is further along towards Dunas Douradas Beach Club. Maria's, Julia's and Izzy's usually have live music on Sundays. Apolónia in Almancil delivers groceries, with ordering in English. Good to know.
