Villa Diamond is a luxury five-bedroom villa on a large, elevated plot in Oceano Clube, a few minutes' walk from Garrão beach, with lovely sea views, two jacuzzis and a lift to the roof terrace. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. The villa is on three levels. The entrance leads to a living room with double-height ceiling, feature fireplace, plenty of seating and sea views, with an office and dining room next to it. The kitchen has a central island, microwave, hob, coffee maker, oven and fridge-freezer, and doors to a dining terrace with sea views. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and a large terrace with private jacuzzi; two more doubles have en-suite bathrooms. On the lower level, two double en-suite bedrooms, a TV room and a bar. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Outside. A large private pool (heating available at extra cost) with terraces on one side and lawn on the other, and a roof terrace, reached by lift or outside stairs, with resort views, a jacuzzi and barbecue. Nearby. Garrão beach has restaurants including Julia's, Izzy's and Eduardo's, and water sports and sunbeds to hire in summer. Dunas Douradas is walkable; the Praça is a short drive, Quinta do Lago ten minutes, and Vilamoura Marina and Faro airport about 20. Good to know. Maid service, bed linen, towels and pool towels are included. There is building work nearby and there may be some noise. Under local council rules, building work usually stops in July and August.
