On the ground floor, an entrance hall, a dining area and a living area opening onto the pool deck, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom with access to the pool terrace and a shower room. Upstairs, the main suite has a private terrace over the pool and the tennis courts, and a second bedroom has a shower room next door. Fireplace and air-conditioning. Outside. A south-facing sun-trap pool deck with barbecue area, sunbathing space, a lounge area and a covered dining area out of the breeze. Pool heating is available at extra cost. Nearby.
