On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace, TV, plenty of seating and a dining area, with double doors to the pool terraces; a spacious, well-equipped kitchen; and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, the main bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, with double doors to a terrace over the pool; there's also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the lower ground floor, a twin and a double bedroom share a bathroom, and the games room has table tennis, snooker, table football and a TV. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. Outside. A 9 × 5 m pool surrounded by terraces, a partly covered terrace with a built-in brick barbecue, and plenty of furniture for sun or shade. Nearby. The Praça, with the beach, restaurants and shops, is a short drive. At the Tennis Academy, within walking distance, you can use the courts, gym and communal pool for a local charge, and there's a snack bar. Maria's at Garrão beach is a short drive.
