Villa Marie is a four-bedroom villa with a private pool and a large, private garden in Quadradinhos, a quiet area next to Vale do Lobo. Paxia restaurant and a supermarket are within walking distance, and the Vale do Lobo Praça and beach are about 20 minutes' walk. Inside. The villa is on two levels. The large open-plan lounge and dining room has a wood-burning fireplace, a flat-screen TV and two sets of patio doors to the covered terrace and pool. The modern kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, hob and fridge-freezer, with a breakfast table for four and doors to an outdoor dining area. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor: a double with en-suite and air-conditioning, and two twins that share a bathroom and open onto the garden. The main bedroom is upstairs, with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning and a very large sun terrace. Wi-Fi throughout. Outside. A south-facing pool, enclosed mature gardens on both sides with lawns and hedges for privacy, a built-in barbecue and outdoor dining, and off-road parking on the drive. Nearby. The Jardins do Golfe tennis centre is close by, the beaches are about five minutes by car, and Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago golf are within a few minutes. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Air-conditioning is in the living room and two bedrooms; the two twin bedrooms have none. There is building work close to the villa.
