Five steps up, the air-conditioned dining room and an open-plan modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave, and the main bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower room. This level opens onto a patio with pergola and charcoal barbecue. On the top level, a twin bedroom with air-conditioning and a shower room. Outside.
