Apartment Canto is a ground floor apartment located in the popular Encosta do Lago resort in Quinta do Lago. Guests of this apartment can use the communal facilities within the Encosta do Lago resort including communal pool, snack bar and tennis courts. Quinta do Lago lake with two restaurants and watersports on offer is a short walk away. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza is a few minutes by car. The resorts of Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas are ten minutes by car. This holiday apartment benefits from cable TV and WiFi internet. The apartment is built over one level. The entrance leads to the open plan living room with dining area, sofas and cable TV. Doors lead to the terrace and garden. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge freezer. Bedroom one has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has twin beds and is serviced by an adjacent shower room. Outside there is a dining set under a covered terrace for alfresco dining. There are also four sun loungers. Rates include maid service once a week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Quinta do Lago is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. Quinta do Lago beach is a 25 minute walk from the apartment. Basically, an extra amount is charged, per night and person, on top of the room rate. From 1 April to 31 October, each tourist aged 16 years or over will have to pay 2â‚¬ for each night's stay. From 1 November to 31 March, each tourist aged 16 years or over will have to pay 1â‚¬ for each night's stay. This fee is paid up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests whose stay is motivated by medical treatment, and is extended to an accompanying person, as long as proof of appointment/provision of medical services or equivalent document is presented; guests with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, as long as they present a document proving their condition; guests who are accommodated due to a declaration of social emergency or Civil Protection and also stays resulting from commercial offers or hobbies developed by the tourist enterprise or local accommodation establishment. This amount and seasons are subjected to change. The client will be charged as per law applied on arrival date. This amount should be paid up to 14 days prior to arrival. If by then we don't have the clients details, we will charge the maximum number of guests that the property can accommodate and assume these have all over 16 years old.
