Villa Milo is a large 6 bedroom plus annex villa located close to Quinta do Lago. A fabulous, very exclusive and private traditional Portuguese Quinta house. Set in a 6.000m2 area of landscaped gardens with swimming pool, jacuzzi, fish pond at the back. The property is all fenced with a 2.50m high wall and has electric gates for access. The location is just off Quinta do Lago Estate and a few minutes drive to the Quinta do Lago beach on a very safe area just around the corner of IBC security office. The property comprises 6 large bedrooms all en-suite, large kitchen with breakfast area and a centre island. The villa is equipped with Lazer TV, WiFi, Sonos surround sound, cinema room, gym and benefits from air-conditioning throughout. The lower level of the villa has an annex with a single sofabed, small kitchenette, shower room and TV. Also on this level is a gym and laundry room. You enter the property on to a very large hall where you can find a lift for access to basement or first floor. The hall opens up onto the large living area and dining room with doors onto the exterior terrace with wonderful views over pool area and equipped with a gas fireplace and a lovely exterior large sofa area.
