There you will find miles of golden sand and many popular beach restaurants including Maria's, Julia's and Izzy's. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool, WiFi and air-conditioning. The swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge (9 x 4.5 meters). Entrance hall with steps down to lounge/dining area with wood burning stove, cable TV ceand patio doors opening out onto terrace and heated pool (supplement payable if pool heating required). The dining area has a table with seating for up to 8, sliding doors to patio with built-in gas barbeque and sink. Fully fitted newly renovated kitchen with all modern 'Bosch' appliances including microwave oven and coffee making machine. Serving hatch to dining area. One double and one twin bedroom sharing separate shower room. Upstairs master with double bed, ensuite bathroom, and patio doors to private terrace. Wall heaters throughout. Safe. Electric shutters to all sliding doors. Use of Dunas Douradas facilities including Roman style swimming pool and tennis courts. Maid service is included twice per week. This Dunas Douradas holiday villa is located just 1km from the beach. The tourist tax is charged per person, per night, for a maximum of 5 consecutive nights per person, per stay.
