Villa Petunia is a traditional four-bedroom villa from the 1990s, set in a garden in Quinta das Salinas, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. It has a south-facing private pool, and the Ria Formosa walkway is a short stroll away, leading to Quinta do Lago lake or Ancão beach, so it suits families who like to walk. Inside. A bright open-plan living area with smart TV leads up two steps to a dining area that opens onto the pool terrace and garden. The kitchen next to it opens to the side of the villa and the barbecue. On the ground floor are a guest cloakroom, a garage with washing machine and laundry area, and a twin bedroom with en-suite walk-in shower and sliding doors to the side of the house. Upstairs, the main bedroom has a double bed, TV, en-suite shower and a private south-facing terrace with seating for four over the nature reserve. Two more twin bedrooms share a shower room; one can be made up as a double on request and opens to a shared terrace with Ria Formosa and distant sea views. Air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living area, Wi-Fi, cable TV, shutters and mosquito nets. Outside. A 4 × 8 m pool (heating available at extra cost), eight sunbeds, two umbrellas, a dining table for eight and a charcoal barbecue. Nearby. Quinta do Lago lake and Ancão beach are each about 10 minutes' walk. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service is included twice a week on weekdays (except bank holidays), with towels and bed linen changed after seven days. There is building work in the area, so some noise is likely; it usually stops in July and August.
