Villa Sunsi is a five-bedroom villa with a large private pool in the Quinta Verde estate, on the edge of Quinta do Lago and two minutes by car from Quinta do Lago Plaza. Its lower level has a cinema room, a bar and a pool table, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and it suits families and groups. Inside. The villa is built over three levels. The entrance leads to the living room, with sofas, cable TV and doors to the pool. The kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge-freezer and central island, and leads to a built-in dining area with doors to the pool. Two bedrooms on the ground floor have twin beds pushed together and en-suites, one opening outside. Two doubles on the first floor each have a TV and an en-suite with double basins, one with a dressing area. The fifth bedroom, a double with en-suite, is on the lower level, along with the cinema room, bar, exercise bike, a snug TV room and the pool table. Surround sound, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi. Outside. The pool (heating available at extra cost) with 10 sun loungers, and a covered barbecue area with a dining set. Nearby. The beaches at Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Dunas Douradas are a short drive away, and Almancil is 10 minutes by car. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service three times a week is included, with bed linen changed weekly and bath towels twice a week. There is building work in the area.
