Villa Marum is a five-bedroom villa in the Parque Atlantico area of Quinta do Lago, within walking distance of the beach. It has a large private pool, extensive lawned gardens with a children's playground and table tennis, and every bedroom has its own bathroom, so it suits families. Inside. The entrance hall, with guest cloakroom, leads down to the living room with flat-screen TV, the dining area and doors to the pool terraces. The kitchen next door has an American-style fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, juicer, oven and coffee machine, and a separate laundry room has a washing machine and dryer. Four bedrooms are on the ground floor: a twin and a double, each with dressing area, en-suite bathroom and doors to a terrace; a twin with dressing area and en-suite; and the main bedroom with king-size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The fifth bedroom is in an annexe, with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and TV. Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Outside.
