Villa Flora is a four-bedroom villa in a quiet setting surrounded by landscaped gardens, close to the Quinta do Lago lake and within walking distance of the beach. It has a 10 × 7 m private pool and plenty of covered outdoor space, and suits families and groups of friends. Inside. An electric gate opens onto the drive, with plenty of parking. The living room has a fireplace, a smart TV with Sky channels and a DVD player, and opens to a covered terrace over the pool. The kitchen has a toaster, blender, kettle, coffee maker, electric hob, oven, microwave, American fridge-freezer and dishwasher, and the dining area, with a table for six, also opens to the covered terrace. The laundry room next to the kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a dressing area, en-suite bathroom with bath and doors to the garden; bedroom two has a double bed and TV, with a shower room just outside. Upstairs there is a sitting area with TV and DVD player. The main bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with shower and bath, and a large terrace over the pool; the fourth bedroom has a double bed, en-suite with shower and bath, and a small terrace over the pool. Wi-Fi. Outside. A covered terrace with sofas and a dining table for six, steps down to the 10 × 7 m pool (heating available at extra cost), sun loungers, and a gas barbecue under a pergola. Nearby. The lake, with a water sports club and restaurants, and Quinta do Lago beach are both within walking distance. Quinta do Lago Plaza, at the entrance to the resort, is a few minutes by car. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service once a week, bed linen and bath towels are included.
