Villa Ivy is a recently built, contemporary four-bedroom villa with a private pool in Quinta das Salinas, close to Quinta do Lago and within walking distance of Ancão beach. The roof terrace has sea views over the Ria Formosa and the ocean, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. An open-plan living and dining area with an open kitchen (Bosch appliances and an American fridge-freezer), with large sliding doors to the pool terrace and garden. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor, along with the laundry room: a double and two twins, each with en-suite. The main suite is on the first floor, with a king-size bed, en-suite with double shower, and its own balcony and access to the roof terrace. Underfloor heating, electric security shutters, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi and cable TV. Outside. A pool of about 4 × 8 m (heating available at extra cost), a dining set and gas barbecue, and a mature garden beyond the pool. Nearby. Ancão beach is within walking distance. Quinta do Lago, with boutiques, bars and restaurants, is a few minutes by car, and Vale do Lobo, restaurants and golf courses are a short drive away. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service twice a week, bed linen and bath towels are included.
