Villa Black Pearl is a five-bedroom villa bordering the Ria Formosa, within walking distance of The Campus and the Quinta do Lago lake. It has a 12 × 8 m private pool, a private landscaped garden, a gym and a baby grand piano, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. It suits larger families and groups. Inside. A very large front door opens into an open-plan hallway with two guest cloakrooms. The large living and dining area has a plasma TV with a wide range of English channels, a DVD player and glass doors to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a separate laundry room for the washing machine and tumble dryer, and across the hall are a bar and a study. Two bedrooms on the ground floor, reached by a hidden hallway, each have a walk-in dressing area, en-suite bathroom and doors to the pool terrace. Upstairs, past the landing with the piano, are two doubles with en-suite bathroom, dressing area and doors to a terrace over the pool, and the main suite, with its own antique dining room, dressing areas, a four-poster bed, a bathroom with two sinks, jacuzzi bath and jet shower, and French doors to a terrace with a hammock. A purple-tiled 12 × 8 m pool (heating available at extra cost), a very private landscaped garden with several places to eat or sit in the sun, and a barbecue area with a large dining table, two fridges and granite worktops. Nearby. The Campus and the lake are within walking distance, the beach is a short drive and Quinta do Lago Plaza is five minutes by car. Quinta do Lago has three golf courses and plenty of restaurants, and Vale do Lobo is 20 minutes by car. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service three times a week is included, with bed linen changed once a week and bath towels twice a week.
