Villa White Rock is a recently built, contemporary four-bedroom villa with an infinity pool and a rooftop jacuzzi in the Quinta Verde resort. Quinta do Lago Plaza is two minutes by car and the beach about five, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. The interior is spacious, open plan and modern. The living room leads to a dining area with a table for eight. All four bedrooms are en-suite and open onto patios, terraces and the pool. The lower level has a large games room with a window into the pool, a home cinema room, a spa area with a steam room, and a garage. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside. An infinity pool (heating available at extra cost), terraces with outdoor dining for eight and views to the surrounding hills, a barbecue, and a roof terrace with a jacuzzi. Nearby. Quinta do Lago Plaza, with bars, restaurants and boutiques, is two minutes by car, and Quinta do Lago's Blue Flag beach is five minutes by car. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service three times a week, bed linen and bath towels are included. Because it is an infinity pool, heating may be less efficient than in a pool with a cover. Building work usually stops in July and August under local council rules. There is building work across the road, so some noise can be expected.
