Villa Verde is a four-bedroom villa with a 9 × 5 m private pool in the Valverde resort, a few minutes' drive from Quinta do Lago beach. Valverde has its own restaurants, bars and tennis courts, and every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It suits adults and families with children aged 10 and over. Inside. Electronic gates and steps lead to a large entrance hall. The kitchen has a breakfast area with dining table, a large hob, oven, coffee maker, juicer, dishwasher and microwave, and there is a separate laundry room. The L-shaped living room has a plasma TV with free satellite channels. All the bedrooms are on the first floor: the main double has fitted wardrobes, a balcony and a large en-suite with power shower, and three twin bedrooms each have their own en-suite. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside. The pool (heating available at extra cost) is surrounded by sun terraces and lawned gardens, and a covered terrace has a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. Nearby. Quinta do Lago beach is about six minutes by car and Quinta do Lago Plaza, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets, a few minutes' drive. Almancil and Vale do Lobo are ten minutes by car, with plenty of golf close by. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service is once a week, with towels and linen included and changed weekly (more by arrangement). Air-conditioning and heating cost extra, and heating is charged on all stays from November to March. The owners do not accept children under 10.
