Villa Henriques is a five-bedroom villa with a large private pool in Quinta Verde, a secure development with 24-hour security, a spa and a fitness centre. It sits in a raised position with plenty of privacy, a short stroll from Quinta do Lago Plaza, and every bedroom has its own bathroom. Inside. A grand staircase and wide hall lead to a bright living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with English channels and sliding doors to the pool. The dining room seats eight and opens to the garden, and there is a guest cloakroom. Two twin bedrooms with en-suites are on the ground floor, one opening to the garden. Upstairs, a twin with en-suite opens to a sunny terrace, and the main bedroom has a large double bed, en-suite, TV and sliding doors to a large terrace with views. A fifth twin en-suite is on the lower level, next to a TV room. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi. Outside. A landscaped garden with mature plants and trees, a pool with a manual cover, sun loungers and parasols (heating available at extra cost), and a large porch with sliding glass doors, a dining table and a gas barbecue. Nearby. Quinta do Lago beach is about 10 minutes by car. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service and a towel change are included twice a week (not weekends or public holidays), with bed linen changed after seven days. An extra bed can be put in the TV room at extra cost.
