Villa Lira is a four-bedroom villa with a large private pool and a lawned garden, ten minutes' walk from Quinta do Lago Plaza. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and there is a snooker room downstairs, so it works well for families and groups of friends. Inside. The villa is on three levels. On the ground floor the entrance hall leads to a spacious living and dining room with double doors to the pool terraces, and a TV room with satellite TV next door. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and hob, with a separate utility room for the washing machine and dryer. Also on the ground floor are a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, and a double with en-suite. Upstairs is the main double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a terrace, and a further double with en-suite. The snooker room is on the lower ground floor. Air-conditioning throughout and Wi-Fi. Outside. A large private pool (heating available at extra cost), a gas barbecue, plenty of garden furniture, and a lawned garden surrounded by mature shrubs and trees. Nearby. Quinta do Lago Plaza, with its shops and restaurants, is ten minutes' walk, and the nearest supermarket is next to it. The beach is five minutes by car, and the lake, with its water sports centre and restaurants, is a short drive. Quinta do Lago golf and a tennis academy are on the resort. Vale do Lobo and Almancil are ten minutes by car, and Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service, towels and linen are included.
