Villa Pinehill is a four-bedroom villa with a saltwater pool in Quinta Verde, just minutes from Quinta do Lago. A bright double-height entrance hall sets the tone, and it suits families and groups of up to eight. Inside. The living room has large sofas, Sky TV and a sound bar. A few steps up, the dining area has a glass table for eight and patio doors to the pool terrace. The kitchen has AEG appliances, a gas hob and a breakfast bar, with a separate utility room. On the ground floor are a twin bedroom with zip-and-link beds and a double with TV, both with en-suite bath and walk-in shower. The first-floor main suite has a king-size bed, a private sun terrace and an en-suite with whirlpool bath, separate shower and twin basins. A double on the lower ground floor has its own bathroom next door. Guest cloakroom, concealed air-conditioning, underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. Outside. A 10 × 4 m saltwater pool (heating available at extra cost) with loungers and parasols, a covered dining area for 10 with gas barbecue, and open views over mature trees at the back. Nearby. Quinta do Lago Plaza is two minutes by car, and Almancil has many more restaurants. Faro airport is about 20 minutes by car. Good to know. Maid service on weekdays (not bank holidays) and pool towels are included; linen is changed every three to four days and towels twice a week. The lower-ground-floor bedroom has no window. The villa is behind a working watercress farm, and stairs and the pool need care with young children.
