Villa Pacifica is located in Vale Judeu,near Vilamoura is an imposing, fully air-conditioned/heated eight bedroom luxury villa with mature gardens, large private pool and terraces offering privacy and accessibility to the local resort facilities. The golf courses, Marina, sophisticated night life and golden beaches of Vilamoura are a short drive away (approx 5 km). There is a restaurant and cafes within easy walking distance (250 meters) The villa is also within easy reach of the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. It is modern and well furnished throughout. The beds in the main villa are zipped style beds and can be set up as either king size doubles or twin beds. Spacious lounge/dining area, modern comfy sofas and flat screen TV with satellite with a wide range of channels including Sky Sports, BBC and ITV. Second lounge with large dining table with siting for 12 people. Patio doors lead to the pool terrace and garden. Large fully fitted kitchen with an American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, gas hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave. A separate utility room houses the washing machine and a second fridge. There is a guest cloackroom. On the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, bedroom one is a twin or king size room with a window to the front, overlooking the pool. Guests using this bedroom, have use of the guest WC located down the hallway. Bedroom two and three have a twin or king size bed, both with esuite shower room and a window overlooking the garden. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor. Extensive first floor master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi bath and a walk in shower. Patio doors to a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Two more spacious bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom and patio doors, one with a view to the hills behind the villa and sencond leading to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Adjoining annexe: Bedroooms 7 and 8 are located in a separate building at the back of the property accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independend entrances.Both of the bedrooms have en suite shower rooms, one is set up witg twin or kinf size beds, the other one is set up with a double bed, both rooms have L shaped sofas. The large pool 9.5m x 4.5m(heatable against an extra charge) is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the garden furniture and terrace with a barbeque area. Mature gardens and a small orchard with fruit trees.A brick built barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and small orchard of fruit trees. Maid service is three times per week, excluding weekends and public holidays. WiFi internet and air-conditioning throughout included in the weekly rental rate.
