Villa Pedro is a newly built four bedroom villa located in Carvoeiro in the heart of the Algarve. This holiday villa is located just a few minutes walk from the centre of Carvoeiro town with it's bars, restaurants and shops. Modern in design with contemporary furniture this is the perfect base for any holiday in Carvoeiro. The villa benefits from a private swimming pool, sea views from the roof terrace, WiFi and air-conditioning. Electric gates lead to the entrance with parking for several cars. Once your enter the villa the living areas are open plan with plenty of natural light with double aspect floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including mcirowave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and fridge/freezer. There is also a wood dining table to seat 8. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa. It has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a terrace. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors leading to a balcony with sea views. Bedroom three has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony with hammock. Bedroom four is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This room has terraces facing east and west with sea and sunset views. Outside there is a fabulous infinity pool (11.5 x 4 metres) that is L shaped around the villa. There is a barbeque area with rotesserie, Komodo Joe barbeque, gas barbeque, frying table and fridge. The roof terrace provides fabulous sea and mountain views. The lower level of the villa features a pool table, seating area, kitchen area and cloack room. Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
