Coronavirus Latest Information Updated 30/03/2020
The DFA is advising against all but essential travel outside of Ireland until the 12th April. Please check the following website for updates. https://www.dfa.ie/
As and from the 17/03/2020 the FCO is advising against all but essential travel outside of the UK for 30 days.
Anyone due to travel within these dates should claim against their travel insurance.
What happens after the 17/04/2020?
We have had many emails from clients worried about travelling in May or June. We understand your concerns. In some cases, at the discretion of the owner, it may be possible to move your dates to later this year. If the DFA/FCO extend their travel directive you should claim from your travel insurance instead.
My balance is due? Should I pay it?
Balance reminders are sent out automatically. Most due dates can be extended. Please contact us if your balance is due.
What about my holiday in July?
If you have concerns about your summer holiday, it is too early to say that your holiday can't go ahead as planned. Therefore, customers with future departure dates will need to wait to find out whether the advice changes and their holiday can continue as planned. If you decide to cancel early normal booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.
All customers are reminded that they should ensure they have appropriate travel insurance in place from the time of booking their holiday.
