Townhouse Boa is a three bedroom townhouse located in the popular Dunas Douradas resort in the Algarve. Conveniently located within walking distance of Garrao beach where you will find miles of golden sand and the popular beach restaurant Marias. Guests of Townnhouse Boa can use the communal facilties within the Dunas Douradas resort including swimming pools, snack bar, Xenia's restaurant and tennis courts. Also close to Townhouse Boa is Vale do Lobo's Tennis Academy. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), WiFi, cable TV and air-conditioning. The townhouse is built over two levels with the living areas on the upper floor. The entrance leads to the bedroom level. Bedroom one has a king-sized bed with fitted wardrobes and access to the pool terrace. Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and access to a terrace. Both these bedrooms share a shower room. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace. Stairs lead up to the kitchen and living room level. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, hob and fridge/freezer. The living room is spacious with dining area, cable TV and patio doors leading to a terrace with beautiful sea views. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level. Outside the private swimming pool (8 x 4 metres) can be heated against an extra charge. There is a barbeque and dining set for alfresco dining. Townhouse Boa is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. All the best golf courses and restaurants the Algarve has to offer are a short drive away. Vale do Lobo's Praca is ten minutes drive from the townhouse. Quinta do Lago shopping plaza with it's bars, restaurants and boutiques is also ten minutes by car.
