Villa Aikens is a stunning luxurious villa in the Dunas Douradas resort. This holiday villa is beautifully decorated and is located just a few minutes walk from 'Maria's' beach. Access to this property is via gates, opening on to a driveway with parking for two cars. Guests of this holiday rental can use the facilities within the Dunas Douradas resorts including communal pool, snack bar, tennis courts (local charge) and Xenia's restaurant. Also a few minutes walk away is Dunas Douradas Beach Club where you can use the restaurant there. Vale do Lobo's Tennis Academy is also within easy walking distance. The grand entrance hall leads to the dining room with steps down into the living room which has comfortable seating, a wide screen satellite TV . Sliding doors lead out to the terrace area. Both rooms share a large balcony overlooking the garden. To the rear, is a large landscaped garden and heatable pool (9 x 5m) with electronic cover (pool heating available for an extra cost). The large terraced area has a built-in gas BBQ and round table. Upstairs the top terrace is ideal for sunbathing or dining with one 3 seater sofa and 2 two seater sofas and arm chair. The villa has air-conditioning throughout and underfloor heating. Maid service is two times per week. This holiday rental has WiFi throughout.
