This property is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. This holiday rental benefits from a private swimming pool (heated against an extra charge), WiFi internet access and air-conditioning. The ground floor leads to the split level living/dining area with dining set, satellite TV and doors leading to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer. On the ground floor, to the right of the entrance hall, there is twin beds with fitted wardrobes and separate bathroom. To the left are two more bedrooms. One is with a double bed and ensuite bathroom, and the other is a twin bedroom again with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathoom. All bathrooms are spacious and bright. The first floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with double bed, a walk-in closet wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, additional shower and great view to the garden area. From the master bedroom, double glazed windows give acess to a spacious roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the evenings. Outside the large private swimming pool can be heated against an extra charge. There is a private garden, dining set and barbeque for alfresco dining. Rates include maid service twice per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Guests of this holiday villa can also enjoy the communal facilities in Dunas Douradas including communal pool, restaurants and snack bar. All the best golf courses the Algarve has to offer are located within 10 kilometres of the Dunas Douradas resort. The resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are also five minutes by car. There is a a small mini-market within the resort and also in Dunas Douradas Beach Club. There are supermarkets located at both Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.
