Villa Tulipa is located in a large double plot adjoining the main road to Ancão beach between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in a great location at a 5-minute driving distance to either Garrão or Ancão beaches and restaurants (Izzys, António Tá Certo, 2 Passos, Bold Octopus, etc..). Villa Tulipa is a well-kept traditional lovely property built on one level (only wine cellar on the basement), with a large garden, lawned area, two ponds and a charming kidney shape pool (9m x 5m). Some of the features are: south facing private pool, can be heated against an extra charge, large fenced garden, distant neighbors, internet wi-fi and cable Lazer TV, outside gas small barbecue and natural tennis court. The accommodation includes open plan living room with closed fireplace and TV area (smart TV), office area, the room is large and leads to a covered closed terrace area with ceiling fan and a dining table, chairs and sofas facing the garden and pool both south facing. Next to the living area is the cloakroom and fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), with TV and with breakfast area (large high central table) and with access to the outdoor terrace and garden. There is also near the entrance hall a bathroom 1 with shower and door that can be opened to communicate with bedroom 1.
