Villa Benny is a three bedroom villa located in the gated resort of Fazenda Santiago just a few minutes drive from the popular Vale do Lobo resort with it's bars, restaurants, beach, golf courses and supermarket. Fazenda Santiago is just 3 kilometres from Vale do Lobo's beach and Praca. Guests of this holiday villa can enjoy the communal facilities within Fazenda Santiago including all weather tennis courts, gym, sauna and night time security patrols. Villa Smyth was refurbished in 2019 to a high standard. It benefits from WiFi and a private swimming pool. Air-conditioning and pool heating is available for a supplemental cost. Villa Smyth is built over three levels. The entrance leads to the spacious living room with comfortable sofas, cable TV and dining area. Patio doors lead to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, hob and fridge/freezer. Bedroom one is on the ground floor of the villa. It has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom two has twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three is the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The lower level of the villa contains a TV room, laundry room and bathroom. Outside of the villa is the fabulous private swimming pool (7.8m x 3.5m). The pool can be heated against an extra charge. There are two covered dining areas and a gas barbeque for alfresco dining. Rates include maid service, bedroom linen and bathroom towels. Pool towels are provided for your convenience. Fazenda Santiago is located 20 minutes drive from Faro airport. The resorts of Dunas Douradas and Quinta do Lago are ten minutes by car. The nearest supermarket is located at the entrance to the Vale do Lobo resort.
