The property has direct access to the golf course. It has been furnished and decorated throughout to a very high standard. It is only minutes drive from local restaurants, shops and bars.
Entrance into a large modern living room with plenty of comfortable seating and double doors, satellite TV and double doors to the pool terraces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences.
Sleeping accommodation on the ground floor comprises of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room. On the first floor there are a further three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. On the lower ground floor there is a TV/games room with DVD and cable TV.
Outside there is a generous sized private heated pool with plenty of sun terraces. There is a barbeque and dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This stunning holiday villa enjoys maid service (Monday to Friday.
Linen changed once per week and towels twice per week. Pool heating and air-conditioning €300 per week. |
