Air-conditioned detached villa in the heart of the Dunas Douradas resort. This villa is well maintained and close to the central amenities of Dunas Douradas. It is the perfect holiday rental for couples or families.
Entrance up a cobbled driveway with parking for 2 cars. The living room is open plan with comfortable seating around the fireplace, a satellite TV and patio doors out to the pool and terrace. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine, hob, kettle etc. This leads out to the dining area with seating for 8 people.
There are two twin bedrooms on the ground floor, one with en-suite, one with adjacent shower room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has twin beds, full en-suite bathroom and has access to it's own private terrace.
There is a large wall around this property offering total privacy, a private pool (8 x 4m), small garden, barbeque and plenty of garden furniture. This property is located 7 minutes walk from the beach and close to the resort of Vale do Lobo. Guests of the villa can enjoy all of the communal facilities of the resort including communal pool, restaurant, tennis courts, mini-market and more. Cleaning is included 3 times per week. |
