This beautiful detached Quinta do Lago villa has fantastic sea views overlooking the conservation area of the Ria Formosa. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach bridge of Quinta do Lago. The villa benefits from a top terrace and bar where the views can be appreciated.
This property features split air-conditioning units throughout and a large basement with snooker room. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom. The other bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. On the first floor the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (bath and shower) and leading to a sun terrace with stunning views onto the golf course and pool. The other bedroom is on the same level and has views on to the pool area and an en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is fully fitted and leads to the pool and barbeque area. There is a separate formal dining room.
There is a TV room on the ground and first floor with cable, DVD and internet.
Outside there is a large pool (can be heated) with barbeque area, plenty of garden furniture and a large garden. The fabulous top terrace and bar area is perfect for entertaining. Cots, highchairs and welcome packs can be provided upon request. Rates include maid service, linen and bath towels.
