This unusually well maintained and attractive self-catering villa is set in a lovely garden with stunning views across the 13th hole of the Royal Course, Vale do Lobo. Just a few minutes walk to popular Vale do Lobo beach, the house is in a quiet mature street, well away from noise, yet is still in the centre of all facilities. Guests have the opportunity to purchase a welcome card at discounted prices.
Entrance through attractive garden area to guest cloakroom which leads to living area with adjacent dining room and to the very attractive kitchen. Kitchen has integrated doors and all "mod cons" dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven, plenty of crockery, glassware etc.
One double room leads to garden and has a full en-suite bathroom. One twin room has adjacent full bathroom. The attractive master double bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and leads to garden and terrace.There is a separate laundry area with dedicated drying terrace (adjacent to the kitchen).
Outside there is a private kidney shaped pool (8 x 4m) with child proof fencing. The pool can be heated for €120 per week. A gas barbeque and plenty of garden furniture give ample opportunity for alfresco dining.
This holiday villa is located less then 1km from the beach.
